Where is my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days to southern Europe and the UK and 6–9 business days to the Nordics and the rest of the world. Get in touch if your parcel hasn't arrived after 9 business days and we'll sort it out right away.
My size didn't fit, what do I do?
No problem. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like to swap to, or if you'd rather return for a refund, and we'll help you out.
How do I return a product?
You have 30 days to return. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return and you'll get return instructions. A size swap is always free and usually a better choice for the environment than a return.
I didn't get an order confirmation
Check your spam folder first. If you can't find the email there, send us your email address and the approximate time of purchase and we'll find your order right away.
My product is damaged or the wrong product arrived
We'll sort it out fast. Email us a photo of the damaged or wrong product along with your order number and we'll send a free replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
