2. Orders

Once you complete an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about the products, price, payment method, billing, and shipping address.

If there is any error in the confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email.

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.


3. Delivery

Once your order has been processed (usually within 1–3 business days), delivery normally takes 5–7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day at the earliest.

If delays occur without prior notice from us, please contact us.

Why delivery time may be longer:
Our products are manufactured by our skilled partners in China. We have our logistics center located there to efficiently deliver to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK, ensuring competitive prices and high quality.


4. Prices

All prices on our website are shown in the currency selected for your country/market (e.g., SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, GBP).

Prices are normally displayed including applicable VAT for the delivery country, if applicable.

We cover all potential customs duties and import fees. You will never have to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and amend misprints. In cases of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust the price before the order is shipped.


5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you received the product.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us in writing by email that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.

Returns must be sent no later than 30 days after the cancellation notice.

You are always responsible for the return shipping cost, regardless of country.

For size exchanges, we cover the return shipping, but you must contact us first and clearly state which product and size the exchange concerns.

The product must be returned properly packaged and preferably in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund equivalent to the product’s depreciation if it has been used, damaged, or returned without its original packaging.


6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products with broken seals for health or hygiene reasons

Custom-made or personalized products

Products that may deteriorate quickly

Single issues of newspapers/magazines


7. Complaints and Defective Products

All products are checked before shipping. If a product is still defective or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or compensation in accordance with consumer law.

For complaints:

Contact us before returning the product. Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.

We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or delays beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, natural disasters, government actions, or supplier shortages.


9. Product Information

We strive to ensure that images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Some color variations may occur depending on screen and image quality.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

In case of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, you can contact ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body within the EU via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Swedish law applies.
