Where is my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery normally takes 4 to 7 business days to southern Europe and the UK, and 6 to 9 business days to the Nordics and the rest of the world. If nothing has arrived after 9 business days, get in touch and we will sort it straight away.

My size did not fit, what do I do?

No problem. Get in touch and we will help you on. Just email us your order number and the size you would like instead, or let us know if you would rather return the item for a refund.

How do I return a product?

You have 30 days to change your mind. Email us your order number and the reason, and you will get the return instructions. A size exchange is always free and usually the kinder option for the environment.

I did not receive an order confirmation

Check your spam folder first. If the email is not there, send us a message with your email address and roughly when you ordered, and we will find your order right away.

My product is damaged or the wrong one arrived

We will sort that quickly. Email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been packed and shipped. Get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and we will do our best. If the parcel is already on its way, wait until it arrives and contact us then.
