Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days to Southern Europe and the UK, and 6–9 business days to the Nordics and the rest of the world. Get in touch if your package has not arrived after 9 business days and we will sort it out right away.

My size didn't fit, what do I do?

No problem. Contact us and we will help you. Just email us your order number and the size you want to exchange to, or let us know if you would like to return it for a refund.

How do I return a product?

You have a 30-day return policy. Email us your order number and the reason for the return and we will send you return instructions. Note that size exchanges are always free and usually a better option than a return for reducing environmental impact.

I didn't get an order confirmation

First check your spam folder. If the email is not there, send us a message with your email address and the approximate time of purchase and we will find your order right away.

My product is damaged or I received the wrong product

We will fix that quickly. Email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed and shipped yet. Get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help. If the package has already shipped, wait until you receive it and contact us then.
