You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you received the item.

Customers are always responsible for the cost of return shipping, regardless of which country they live in.

In the case of a size exchange, we cover the return shipping, but the customer must first contact us via email and clearly specify which product and size the exchange concerns.

We recommend that you always contact us before making a return, even if it is not related to a size exchange.

To return a product, please follow these steps (according to Klarna’s guidelines):

1. Send an email to info@outdoorsnordic.com including:
   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Reason for return or request for size exchange
2. Pack the item in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
3. Send the return to our return address:

4. Always keep the tracking number and proof of postage.

A refund will be granted if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product does not match the description on our website.
• You withdraw from your purchase within the withdrawal period.

Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2–14 business days depending on the bank and payment method.

• The product has been used or washed.
• The product is missing its original packaging or tags.
• The product is returned after the withdrawal period without prior approval.
