Size exchange: We cover return shipping for size exchanges. Contact us first for instructions.

1. Email info@outdoorsnordic.com (full name, order number, reason or requested size).
2. Once registered, the return address or prepaid label is emailed. We approve/process within 24 hours on business days.
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging (or equivalent).
4. Keep your tracking number and receipt.

• Product is damaged or defective on delivery.
• Product doesn’t match the description.
• Withdrawal within the allowed period and item returned in acceptable condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Klarna invoice/credit) once the return is received and approved.

• For partial returns the invoice updates automatically after processing.
