Refund policy

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges must be registered through our Returns & Exchanges page.

Conditions for return

For us to process a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

• In original condition and resellable (tags must remain attached).
• Unworn (apart from trying them on, of course).
• Unwashed and free from stains (including deodorant marks).
• Packed in the original packaging with the tags included.

The following items are not returnable:

• Free gifts
• Gift cards
• Promotional items

Please note that original shipping, customs and import fees are non-refundable. For more information, see our Returns & Exchanges page.

Return costs

For standard returns, the customer covers the return cost. We charge no extra fees for returns or restocking.

Free size exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for a different size or model of equivalent value, as long as the item is in original condition (unworn, unwashed and stain-free). Exchanges must be registered through our Returns & Exchanges page.

Refund process

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund is initiated to your original payment method. Refunds normally take 2–14 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
